Enjoy an evening of incredible local craft beer presented by Modestman Brewing paired with a six-course dinner prepared by Chef Harrison that will make the pairing one to remember.

Modestman is the brain-child of Ash Sheehan, owner/operator. With a curated team of the finest Master Brewers and professional tasting room staff, the brewery continues to grow over the united belief that brewing beer and the communal experience of shared pints, must be intentional and reflective of where our passions lie.  Ultimately, we lead the business with reverence and respect to the industry and our customers who share our beer.

What intrigues Modestman, almost as much as what beer is being brewed currently, is the nuanced personalities and intensities behind the product. Modestman’s master brewers have a deep understanding of traditional beer styles. We source only the finest ingredients possible for our beers. The high quality and attention to detail make way for exceptional world-class beer.

Modestman Brewing is located smack-dab in the middle of the quaint, historic New England city of Keene, New Hampshire. A renovated former bank, the industrial space has ample seating outside on our Main St patio and back biergarten. Course One : Scallop Ceviche, Caper, Shallot, Lime, Peach paired with Labor Days- Pilsner

Course Two :Arancini, Pretzel Breadcrumbs, Peas, Carrots, Beer Cheese Sauce paired with Kraftwerk- Kolsch

Course Three : Chicken Slider, Brioche Bun, Gochujang Aioli, Asian Slaw paired with  Pick di Plum-  berlinerweisse

Course Four: Gnocchi, Braised Pork Shoulder, Sage Brown Butter Emulsion Course paired with Center of Attention and Mega Center of Attention- NE IPA's (Mega is the double)

Course Five : Aged Gouda Dip, Nut thin crackers Course paired with Like Water For Chocolate- English Amber Ale

Course Six: Dark Chocolate Mousse paired with Soul Food - Stout
